I went to DSG Barrow looking to upgrade my car. Sales Executive Andy Brown left me to wander for a few minutes then came out to ask if I would like some assistance. He asked the right questions and gave advice but at no time tried to push a sale. I went away to think about the cars I had been shown and went back a couple of days later for a test drive before making my decision. I decided which car I wanted and Andy made the purchase process very easy and painless. I have even been back a couple of times for help (usually when i have pushed buttons and do not know what I have done!) and after laughing Andy has undone whatever I did and sent me happily on my way. In the past I have been to other showrooms.. once! DSG? I will definitely make DSG my first stop when I eventually want to buy another car. Thank you and ... I love my car!
